We run Introduction through to advanced Acrobat courses any of which can be tailored to suit individual needs. On this introduction course you’ll learn how to work with create, edit and publish PDF documents to print and add hyperlinks and media to create interactive presentations.

Advanced Adobe Acrobat Training

The advanced Acrobat course builds on existing skills or those learnt on the introduction course to create and design secured documents made fully accessible to all. There is a strong focus on advanced form design and you’ll learn how to work with form fields to set calculations and work with actions ( “Guided Actions” or “Action Wizard”) to automate tasks and interactive elements inside the forms.

Adobe InDesign PDF Interactive Training

This course explores InDesign’s Interactive panel to convert new and existing documents into interactive PDF documents containing video, audio and hyperlinks.

1 /2 Day Bite Sized Virtual Online Training Sessions

Lots of people prefer to learn in shorter sessions so because of the flexibility with Online Training we can break full days training into managable half day chunks.

Please note we can only offer this for online training 

The onsite Adobe Acrobat Courses are hosted on your premises to deliver the training.

We travel UK wide including most major towns, cities and their surrounding areas.

Prior to your training course we organise an online meeting to introduce your trainer and discuss the logistics, course content that works best for you and your team.

You can mix and match content from any of our courses including mixing levels such as intro /intermediate etc or choose to add /remove content to suit you

This Introduction to Adobe Acrobat Training Course guides you through the tools, features and techniques needed to create .PDF documents for print or digital output.

Microsoft Office and Acrobat PDF’s

Export /Publish your Office documents to PDF format using the PDF Tab on the Office Ribbon then edit and re-design for PDF export.

Signatures and Sign in Acrobat

Add signatures, work with multiple PDF’s and design practical fully functioning PDF forms to gather data online. The course shows how to create new PDF’s, edit existing ones, best practice when working with with text, graphics and OCR, securing documents and signing them.

It also goes without saying that in the later versions of Adobe Acrobat AI tools are covered especially generative summary and responses. 

We do, we’re happy to record your Adobe InDesign training but unfortunately due to privacy issues can only offer this for 121 sessions and closed company groups.

Because of the flexibility of virtual online training all of the Online Adobe Training sessions run 24 /7, evenings, overnight and during the weekend.
