Just wanted to get in touch and say how well the training went last week with Greta. She was really open to what we were trying to do and we were able to tailor it to what we needed. We took a collaborative to the training; with me providing the context and then Greta sharing her expertise and giving us tips on how we might achieve it. The team really engaged with her as she was able to pitch it at the right level; she also spent a lot of 1:1 time with colleagues working them through the various steps.
