Adobe Captivate 2017
And today sees the release of the latest version of Captivate 2017. Originally named magic boxes it now comes complete with fluid boxes for responsive design and gives the option for H or V box direction.
Responsive Conversion in Captivate
A massive addition to Captivate 2017 is ‘Responsive Conversion’ which lets you open an historic desktop delivery course then convert it to responsive in a few steps. So old courses are not headed for the bin they can be swiftly and easily moved across to a range of mobile devices.
Multi State Buttons
Prior to Captivate 2017 it was a faff giving objects multi states and a complete no no on Master Slides and Quiz slides – now you simply pop in a smart shape, covert it to a button and give it multiple states. So you can do Normal, Hover, Down states with no problem on most interactive slides.
