Introduction to Adobe InDesign

Onsite InDesign Training Yorkshire includes York, Leeds, Harrogate, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Whitby and Bradford is available as an Introduction to InDesign Course delivered on your premises or as Online InDesign Training It is ideal for one to one sessions, company groups or large team roll-outs and perfect for anyone looking for a private professional InDesign training event.

On this Introduction to InDesign course you will learn the tools and features used in InDesign to create a variety of different spreads and layouts.

You will start by learning how to set up a document correctly for both print /web & mobile using document setup including columns and printers marks (Print).

The InDesign Training then moves forward by showing you how to build a document adding frames, text and artwork to create professional documents based on the principles of good design. You will find out how to work with text, make it thread (flow) through one or more frames, create styles for accurate and consistent type and add artwork (Vector and Raster).

Find out how to work with colour in InDesign – to create consistent colour throughout your projects using colours /swatches and the CC Library.

During the InDesign Course you work with and understand the role that grids, guides and baseline grids play in the design process and how they all combine to produce professional documents destined for print, digital and social media.
